Standard Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the purchased goods, you can return them for free within 90 days after receiving them. The returned goods will be refunded. Please note that the shipping fee will not be refunded.
The return and exchange policies during the promotion period may vary. Please carefully review the terms and conditions of the promotion before placing your order.
If you need to return or exchange the OLASB products purchased from other authorized retailers, please contact your retailer directly.
Return processing (excluding Black Friday and other promotional activities)
For all return matters, please contact support@Orasub.com to obtain the return label. Please include your order number and the name of the item you wish to return in the email. We will inform you of the subsequent steps after receiving your email.
Damaged items
If your goods are damaged upon receipt, please send photos of the damaged items along with your order number to support@Orasub.com, and mark "Damaged" in the subject of the email. This email should be sent within 14 days after receiving the order.
Unreceived items
If you haven't received the complete order yet, please contact our customer service department via email (address: support@Orasub.com). Please mark the subject of the email as "Missing Items" and attach your order number.
